Proper cuppa (tea)

99,3' C or 210,74. That's the temperature of boiling for water in Warsaw. And boiling water is the essential for making a proper cup of tea. And recently I found new love for tea. Proper tea with milk. Fresh spring water, just boiled sucks out what's best in tea. Sometimes I love it bitter. So I leave tea for more than 6 minutes to come up. Then little sugar.. although sometimes no, no sugar. And finally milk. I don't follow Douglas Adams concept and I pour milk into tea not the other way... and I love it.. until the last drop. Screw coffee. I like my tea better.
